We offer an integrated approach to dealing with trauma and mental health issues from, either a purely clinical approach with one of our highly qualified and experienced therapists, or from a spiritual and pastoral approach with our pastor, Rev Ash, over at Eremos Place, who offers spiritual direction and mentoring.​​​  This can of course be a combined approach.​
